RETREAT DESCRIPTION
In the Inner Bliss Retreat, we harness our Primal Life Force Energy, which is sadly no more primal, since it is coated with so many pollutants of fear, judgements, intoxicants, substances, processed foods, unprocessed emotions, toxic connections and so forth.

We rid our life force energy from these pollutants and learn techniques to keep our life force energy clean and fluid.
​
Once the life force energy is back in its primal nature, we transform this energy into a flow of inner creativity, healing and Bliss.
​
On this journey to discover, attain and celebrate our Inner Bliss, sometimes we need the support of others, hence we do some practices with others. The support that we receive from others, increases our strength to remove the obstacles on the path of realising our Inner Bliss.

The support also makes the journey fun, playful, easier and quicker.

Day Session: 10 am to 1 pm.
Lunch Break: 1 pm to 3 pm.
Afternoon Session : 3 pm to 6 pm.
Integration/ Sharing Q&A: 6 pm to 7 pm.
Dinner: 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
Night Practice (Occassional): 8:30 pm to 10 pm.
