The main idea behind Personal Retreats is to :

Look at the real-life issues, circumstances and challenges and patterns in different aspects of life of the participant.

Understanding the root cause of the challenges being faced, and catching the start point of loop of the patterns repeating in life.

Learning practices to ground the life force energy and direct it towards resolving the root cause of the challenges and patterns.

Understanding the wisdom of real life vis-a-vis the actual challenges and patterns in the life of the participant.

Learning how to apply and integrate the learned wisdom and Practices in Daily Life situations.

Creating a Daily practice routine.

Learning some SOS tools, hacks, practices to deal with life situations when faced with them.
These strategies, practices and wisdom are not quick fixes.
Life Integration takes time, consistent focus, deep grounding and
nervous system regulation.
During the course of the retreat, we train for these skills.
